News to me – wine flour.
It exists, it’s sustainable, it’s good for you.
So wine flour is a thing!
Now you can sip your wine and eat it too!
If you’re imagining red wine cakes or chardonnay muffins, it’s not THAT kind of flour.
We’re talking a high protein, fibre, antioxidants, vitamins & minerals supplemental flour.
So far I’ve only seen it in the United States of America – Finger Lakes New York and California.
Who will be first to produce it in Australia? Your guesses below, please!
