For a change we have a selection of whites open (must be summer in Adelaide!) so a this aged, Yarra Burn Yarra Valley Chardonnay is in order.

Clear and bright lemon yellow.

Heady, stewed apricot. Creamy, tart peach, with juice dripping down your chin.  

Sip Sip

Toast with lashings of real butter, and just a slick of marmalade. Fine, toasty oak with vanilla.
