“This is a very, very nice wine” are the only words utterable by Mr Wino when tasting this classic champagne.
Tiny, vigorous bubbles flood the flute.
Bursting with aromas of freshly baked bread, and green almonds.
Mouthfeel is generous, but it cleans up perfectly, leaving you with the fizzy aftermath on your tongue.
Brioche, with a thin smear of lemon curd are on the palate.
